THE BACKGROUND
The company was formed following an MBO of a previously
established business by a team of Search specialists from a leading
global search firm. The business was established to provide quality
delivery of key executive talent in a sector specific and a
cost-effective manner to the retail & leisure industries and
the VC and private equity houses that invest in those areas
THE PRODUCT
Capitis is an innovative provider of executive search, coaching
& mentoring, competitor analysis and internal/external
benchmarking solutions with a comprehensive network of contacts
across UK and Europe. Capitis recruits Senior Management in the

THE NETWORK
The passive network is a working process of tracking and talking

relationship with a small number of chosen clients enables Capitis
to source key talent from a very wide pool. We NEVER have more than ten
"hands off clients" in any calendar year, unlike many of the
"larger" Search firms, therefore restricting the talent pool you
can tap into when conducting a Search. Capitis is constantly
mapping management teams through researchers and consultants,
refreshing the network even when we're not retained to do so. As
opposed to the usual method of only indulging in the above on
receipt of the client's brief. We organise periodic events with
industry bodies, client's and potential candidates.
