Capitis are a specialist search firm, focusing on the Retail, Leisure and Consumer goods sector. Our Executive Practice contains within it strong sector knowledge and a results-driven team. The knowledge enables Capitis to carry out assignments across Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Property, Supply-Chain and Logistics as well as CEO, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer Positions.

Capitis operates in the £60,000 to £250,000 category in terms of base salary. Below that level we find our unique “39 – Step” search process is not effective. Our innovative and transparent process, coupled with our sector knowledge enables Capitis to complete Executive assignments in under the industry norm. We typically present shortlists within six weeks of instruction

HOW WE WORK

All of our assignments are conducted on a retained basis. We do not work on a success only work. Our fees are based upon the need of each individual client, however typically they will be 30% of the first year’s remunerative package.

During our Executive Search process Capitis Partners will dedicate a minimum of two highly trained and suitably experienced people to each project. This will normally consist of a Senior Researcher and a Partner. During the process, you will be kept fully informed as to the progress of the search and made aware of potential pit-falls very early in the process. Typically you will be provided with a weekly update report as well as having regular contact with the lead Partner.

At the start of each Executive Assignment Capitis Partners will undertake to spend at least a whole day in the client business, gaining not only an understanding of the technicalities of the brief but also fully understanding the client culture. This will also involve completion of a thorough and detailed Executive Assignment Order document. The contents of which will form the basis of the Target Applicant Briefing Pack.
